De Masterclass ‘OVERWINNEN’ geeft concrete oplossingen en handvatten voor een topsport klimaat in uw organisatie of vereniging. De complexiteit zit altijd in de samenwerking. Het draait om teamwork, passie, plezier, scoren en winnen. Kom letterlijk en figuurlijk in beweging, dat is het verschil tussen goud en zilver. 
 
Hoe ziet de opstelling eruit? Staan alle poppetjes in hun kracht? Aan de slag met minimaal drie actiepunten die direct toepasbaar zijn in de praktijk: 
- Ik maak alles bespreekbaar
- Ik heb geen excuses
- Ik ben fysiek en mentaal fit om top te presteren
 
Ervaringen worden gedeeld onder leiding van voormalig tophockeyer en olympisch kampioen Jacques Brinkman. Als columnist bij de Telegraaf en analist bij de NOS is hij nog steeds nauw betrokken bij de (top)sport.

Applications can be cancelled by email up to 21 days before the start of the program at a cost of 25% of the participation fee. Until 14 days prior to the event the costs will be 50%. Cancellations in the final week will be charged for 100%. The cancellation is valid if it is confirmed by the organization. Participants unable to attend can be replaced. In case of 'no show' the payment terms remain unchanged. The participation fee must be paid before the start of the program. The organization has the right to deny access to participants for whom no payment is received.
